Inspection Executive / Administration Executive (Fresh Grad Welcome)
Job responsibility
- Coordinate with factory and communicate with overseas buyers.
- Coordinate between external and internal clients to ensure to complete the order on time
- Responsible for full spectrum of administration duties, such as invoicing, mailing services and inspection arrangement etc.
- Maintain good business relationship between client and China Dragon
- Prepare quotation, reports and quality records in compliance with procedures. Communicate with buyers and supplier to scheduling the inspection tasks.
- Perform reception duties and handle call-in enquiries in a professional manner
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned
- May need outdoor work
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree in science or business related disciplines.
- Experience in Electric and Electronic industry / Hardline & groceries industry / Softlines & Garment industry
- Fast learner, self-initiative, hardworking, team player with sense of responsibility, willing to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
- Knowledge of ISO 17020 and accreditations requirement;
- Good problem-solving skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.
- Immediately available is definitely an advantage

Laboratory Supervisor – Chemical Laboratory (Toys Division)
Job responsibility
- Responsible for sample preparation, routine foods or toys testing and reporting.
- Responsible for lab / test equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Responsible for method development and validation.
- Responsible for technical training.
- Assist duties directed by lab manager.
- May need to take shift or work over time.
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Chemistry / Analytical Science / Testing & Certification or any other relevant disciplines.
- More than 3 years’ experience in testing laboratory is preferred (especially toys testing).
- Familiar with analytical instruments, ISO 17025, various international toys standards and HOKLAS requirement.
- Hardworking, initiative and independent.
- Immediately available is definitely an advantage
